Joseph Tsomik is the epitome of what every home seller or buyer hopes for when the time comes to commit to one of, if not THE most important decision one will be faced with during a lifetime.

Joseph is not a fast-talking pitchman, nor does he cut corners to give you the feeling that you are being hustled or taken for granted. He actually sits down with you and LISTENS to what is on your mind - a most refreshing characteristic nowadays.

In our case, as fate would have it we had a buyer before it even hit the listings, but Joseph had our home ready to be shown had it gone the more conventional route. He had prepared a comprehensive presentation, explained all of the numbers and "comps" in our neighborhood - in short, he was on top of everything AND most importantly, he kept us informed as the process moved on.
