From our initial meeting till after I closed the sale of my home, I have been impressed with the professional approach of Gary Papirov. We had no intent to engage an agent when we first met. He was very prepared to sell us on his firm selling our home. A very impressive presentation, with relevant comparisons, and examples from sales he already conducted - videos, open house schedules, advertisements, social media, zillow and trulia. He told us about his business, the people he works with in his group, explaining he has been in this business since the age of 21. It's all he does - no side jobs. (and he always dressed to the nine's, never failing to project the right image)

Gary made sure I was kept updated, and always gave me the latest. It might be an offer, it might be a suggestion to reduce the price, or it just might be some advice to increase curb appeal. He and his group held several open houses, an impressive step forward during the time of covid.

Of note, he encouraged me as to what to do and not to do, such as don't do anything to house. I simply cleaned it out and whitewashed the walls. That's it.

He worked hard to sell my property, and knew what I wanted, as we communicated back and forth. My property sold in a timely manner, at an expected price.

Then, Gary was very helpful during our renovation time - he helped us with both the design and contractors selection. I am out of state, and Gary made my experience effortless during renovations. Finally, Gary suggested the right time to put a property on the market. Needless to say, we’ve got an offer within 2 weeks, and closed 2 months later as agreed. Again, Gary suggested a trustful attorney and other services for our settlement. I also was thrilled that the selling price was better than I could hope for - and I truly believe that it was achieved because of Gary’s efforts and skills. Thank you!

So what can I say about Mira? Well for starters I can say that she's one of the hardest working people I know, she has gone above and beyond to make sure that we closed on our deal, so much so that she even helped the buyers navigate through the hurdles because their agent was horrible and they were first time home buyers , that's the type of person she is, even though she didn't need to she did so because she is awesome. We have done numerous deals with Mira from buying our first home to selling some investments and I can say for sure without a doubt that I feel blessed to have found Mira. She is the real estate agent we all want to have because she cares about what she does it's her passion not just her job!
